Warranty and Return Policy

At Lonestar Breaker we are proud of the high quality of our professionally reconditioned circuit breakers and electrical supplies.  Our valued customers expect and deserve nothing but the best from our products and services.  Our mission is to provide a product and service remarkable for its quality, safety, and integrity.

We feel the significant investment we have made in our modern testing equipment is essential for ensuring that Lonestar Breaker customers receive a superb product each and every time.  Product testing is rigorous to make sure all circuit breakers, motor starters, bus plugs, and other electrical hardware can meet the stringent requirements of the UL, NEMA, and other industry certification agencies.

Lonestar Breaker provides a full One Year Replacement Warranty on every new, used, and obsolete product we carry. With quality assurance such a high priority in our daily practices, we are confident that our customers will receive only the very best the electrical industry has to offer. With our in-house testing capabilities, we can assure you the highest standard of quality on every item we ship.

General Return Policy

  • The Sales Manager must authorize all returns or exchanges. E-mail us or call (800) 207-8135 for an RGA# (Return Goods

  • All claims for shortages and/or damages must be placed within five days of receipt of merchandise.

  • All returned merchandise must be received by Lonestar Breaker & Control/Bay Power in saleable condition, unless the merchandise is found to be defective.

  • All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of invoice date.

  • All returns/exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking charge (depending on order) plus all freight charges, at the discretion of the sales manager

Customer Returns

  • The shipping cost of any returns or exchanges remain the responsibility of the customer, unless the merchandise is being returned because the order was incorrectly filled by us or the merchandise is defective.

  • Return shipments to:

  • Indicate either refund or exchange within the returned package.

  • RGA# must be written on correspondence paperwork, and/or packaging

Refund or Credit Exchange

  • Any refund or credit for exchange will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase. Shipping and Handling fees are not subject to refund unless the merchandise is defective or we shipped an incorrect item.

  • The internal paperwork for credit/exchange is normally completed within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of merchandise.

  • All refunds are applied to the individual customer account unless otherwise specified by Sales Manager or Accounting Department.

  • Any form of reimbursement is consistent with the original method of payment.
